Bank called about debit to be taken out of account by bank draft,wasn’t authorized by me, had been doing it for 10 months. Upon further investigation found company had been doing this with two other sister companies. Had to close bank account and set up new account. Called company closed unauthorized account and demanded full refund. Company would not acknowledge fraud and hung up.
