Was charged twice for one order that i asked to be canceld 3 time before it was shipped. Now my account is overdrawn by $80.80 and they wont take the charge off untill i pay them and they say its the only way they can do it. Im 51 and know thats not true.

Wellamoon changes an order from one to five product pieces and charged my credit card that amount which was larger and the incorrect product number.

Clicked on a Facebook ad, took me to a website, where I was looking into product, went to check out to see what total amount would be and it automatically checked me out and charged my card. This was a month ago. Today I noticed, there is another pending charge for an additional 129.99. I did not sign up for automatic withdrawals or shipments. Cannot contact number provided. Says it is not set up to take incoming calls.

The original cost of the purchase was 89. 99 and was what was supposed to be deducted once on my bank credit card. The original amount they took was $239.99 and they took it 4 times. There was no identifiable information, no way to track who sent it, and nothing on my bank account with contact information. There was no way to cancel a subscription I did not even subscribe to.

I had just started a diet. Initial pounds came off quickly; then, I hit a plateau. I saw the advertisement, and against my better judgment, I sent away for three bottles of the Medical Dynamix keto gummies. When the package arrived, I was surprised to receive six bottles. I went online and reviewed the contents of the gummies. This is something I should have done before I started all this. In tiny print, I noticed that the gummies were only mildly effective if done in conjunction with a keto diet. I was not on nor did I intend to be on a keto diet. I threw the gummies in the garbage and had no intention of using them in the future. I tried to call Dynamix Medical per the instructions on their Website through their contact number, 833-278-2616. That is a non-working number. Callers are advised to dial *611. That returns callers to their mobile telephone provider.

I was both surprised and indignant to learn from my credit card company of a suspected fraudulent charge of $239.99 on 9/6/23 from Dynamix Medical. It was an unauthorized charge. I sent the company a cease and desist letter of instruction via their advertised email address.

I should have consulted the ScamPulse.com website before I did business with this outfit. I hope others will read this and benefit.

Refund Policy

• We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions included shipping and handling charges. Call to obtain a refund. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company.

• Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.

• In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed.

• Once a refund has been approved please allow for up to 5 days for the refund to be applied.

• Depending on the bank that issues the credit card, your refund can take up to five(5) days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued by us, please call Our Customer Service Department.

• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Return Policy

Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within thirty (30) days of the date you originally ordered the product. In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. You pay for return shipping. This fee will be taken out of the refund issued. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

I am going to write a review about this and I am going to conduct ScamPulse.com reviews. You are still going ahead and charging me more money????? Why????

We were initially scammed by ID Guard LLC for $3.95 for something we never signed up for but was taken from our checking account via EFT. A couple of days later, we received a letter from Doc Chat LLC with the same information (wrong spelling of our name) and were told we had signed up for their services for $29.95 monthly. We called to cancel this immediately. Time will tell if they really did cancel it.

I was on line trying to get information. Just Answer popped up. For $1 I could get their help. I didn't read the 10 pages of fine print. At the bottom I agreed to give them $55 a month. They cancelled my subscription but refused to refund my money. I was conned. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. $55 is food for a week.

Called based on a charge against my credit card for product - BioKeto. Told they could not stop charge as the product already shipped. But they could give me a 50% discount off of charge. Never asked for credit card, only wanted phone number and e-mail. THey had to look it up and so that is the story I got. I am waiting on product as I'm trying to stop this before it happens again. The young lady who took my call said that the company would not take the product back. So that is when she offered me 50% off. And that it would take a few days to process that. I believe I said YES too many times if they are going to use that to charge other products or scam me more. I hate being made to feel so dumb. I hope this will help others not get scammed.

Some how got my information and charged $67.43 for a product I have never heard of or never will use.

They charged my personal bank account and had my email & mailing address information.

I called to get a refund & she told me that they do not give refunds & that I ordered the products.

When I explained what happened and that I have be hacked, she basically called me a liar & said that I ordered the products and that they do not give refunds. The only thing they could do was cancel my subscription, the subscription that I never started. I also asked to speak to a supervisor or manager & she said none were available & that they would not refund my money.

The company has no place of business listed on their website & no phone number. I got the phone number from my bank statement. The only way to actually contact them from their website is by email.

On April 4, 2023, my Federal Credit Union debit card was used four times to make unauthorized payments or purchases totaling $1,446.29. The largest was to Smartprop Trader for $875. It has been reported to the bank (and card canceled), IdentityTheft.gov, and local police. Nearly two months later, I have been told by the local Sheriff's Office that Smartprop Trader has not responded to their inquiries. The company that manages bank cards can only tell me "we're working on it." I believe this business appears shady with no apparent phone number and communication solely through email or Discord chat. What the business is exactly is also questionable and why for a small business do they have a Texas office. Please thoroughly investigate this matter!

Got suspicious about the order when it declined and then sent me two different invoices with different names. Ordered 1 bottle at $39.95; card charged for 5 bottles at $199.75. Called 424-208-2437 and number not in service. Going to try to cancel via my Credit Card, but this is terrifying.

Three separate charges were made and we did not catch it till the third one, all about $30
