I placed an order online for 1 bottle of ketokandies acv gummies for 64.99. I was charged for 2 bottles at 129.98. I called to cancel my order. I spoke with Rose. She could not find my order after giving order # and personal info. I said this is a scam and she hung up on me. I called my bank to shut my credit card down. Before they could do that, ketokandies took another 79.99 from my charge card without my permission. This was on 1/22/24. I spoke with Rose again just now, 1/23/24, she repeated she couldn’t find my order although payment is pending. I asked to speak with someone else. She said there is no one else. I repeated this is a scam. I want my money back and I am calling the authorities to file a complaint.
