Advertises a sugar tracker watch with other features and says 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I received the watch but it did not function properly==did not read blood sugar, blood pressure or steps close to accurately and the software was faulty from the get go. their advice was to uninstall the software, turn off bluetooth, download software, re pair the watch after restarting bluetooth which did no good and I would not do several times a day in any case. I appealed to American express on 0ct .11, 2023 to reverse the charge. However they allowed it to stand as seller says item was delivered in working condition. I called American Express today and was told that the web site says in their return policy that a video of the unboxing must be done and submitted and item must be unworn. This is unconscionable...who would know if they did not wear it to try? This is of course at the very bottom separate from the warranty information. I did not read this as I read the warranty and felt that AMEX would cover me if any issues. They both have let me down. I have now seen many other reviews with the same complaints but their ads are all over Facebook, Youtube, and Instagram. Facebook is johnny on the spot if one posts something they don't like but this kind of scam is welcomed. Please check out their web site and how if worded and laid out. This is a terrible scam for people who already have a lot of expense from the diabetes.
