Owner of company processed credit card without authorization. After being confronted he did process a refund. Found out has a record for fraudulent actions Work was not completed at time he processed card and then lied to subcontractor about work that we had done because his original sub did not complete the house painting. Overall, a bad experience and finding out he fraudulently took advantage of others, felt we needed to report. Owner’s name is David Cohen
