They asked me to cover a $5.74 charge for this items "shipping, etc " I saw a charge on my credit card in this amount 1/16/2023.
Then I saw another charge on 1/22/2023 in the amount of $67.32, for the shipping of this item.
I then contacted the company name on my charge card used was; SMART ELECTRONIC EXCLU - PHONE 855-217-4994 - EMAIL: [email protected]
I contacted SYNCHRONY BANK - MY MASTER CARD ISSUER - They credited me the original $5.74, and was to investigate the balance of $67.32.
90 days later, having received a request by SYNCHRONY BANK in a letter for additional Documentation, shipping labels, or any additional info.
I never received this info from SMART ELECTRONIC EXCLU, so, I called SYNOCHROCY BANK< reported all this, they denied my claim 3/6/2023 in a letter due to non-compliance to info enquiry, which I did call and spoke to customer service, detailing
all info, opening a new claim.
