I ordered a Exercise Ball chair through Kohls, and this company was the 3rd part seller. I received a ball that was way too small and they told me they have to hear from the warehouse , then they have to wait 4-7 weeks for a claim and then told me to inflate the ball.

They were unwilling to send me the correct ball and wanted me to pay return shipping for something that was their error. I ended up getting my money back through Kohls but this company is nothing but theifscompany 3rd party seller, .
