I purchased a product from this website that advertised the registered trademark product, UnBrush by FHI Heat, but I did not receive that product. The product description was copied word for word, from the FHI Heat website. They stated that “in their Terms and Services it states that the product you receive will not be an accurate representation”. I have asked for a refund but they will not give it back. They also stated that, after I told them they advertised the ®? product, that “it is not trademarked. It is just a phrase”. The website that is stated on their website is false. I got the product from a completely different address, which I provided. I have many screenshots of the false product and conversation but I can’t upload them
