He would just need to send a check for $20 to PO Box 5000 New York 105551. No phone number or website was listed in the letter. The consumer did not send the $20.

Came in the mail with a fake check attached to it in the amount of $789,986.00 It states I will get a huge cash prize but I have to send them a check for $20.00 I'm sure once they have my bank routing number the rest will be history!!!
