Looks nearly identical, except colors, numbers, etc. 1-800-928-8522. Photos follow.
I called three times on 8/1/22 (card arrived today), spoke to 3 different reps. First up was 'Christopher' with 'The Reward Center' who verified the obvious info (claim #, which he matched to my mame, and address, and phone probably viewed on his caller ID), then gave me the fast talk, glorious summary of the rewards for which there's 4 options (dining, travel, something unintelligible, or groceries) "... Oh, so many good things there's like over 360 different ways you can use them..." (Then the catch, a small fee,$1.98 if I recall.) Asked him if could take it out of the reward $100... No ...Asked if could pay cash, since my cards all over maxed out...No.
Aske him which place has given me the reward, He said he has no way to see that, this is just Capital Fulfillment in Iowa, but he says can honor the voucher for 1 full year, if I call back to pay the fee. Then transferred me to a line with an upbeat sounding recording which indicated my sudden 'upgraded' status, now eligible for more offers, and how to respond as I listen, when I heard one I liked...
That abruptly failed as the 1st in queue had person unavailable, and then mailbox can't receive more messages currently, and call disconnected. Two subsequent calls attempted to get the 'upgrade' options which had dead ended, and got the same result (extension 1005).

I got the same postcard and knew it was a scam cuz there was no company name on it and plus I never win anything. And I didnt sign up for anything .

I just received the same post card. I knew it was a scam because:
1.I never win anything and
2.It didn't have any company information (name, website etc.) And if a company gives something away, they advertise everywhere.
I'm glad I looked it up first but really if I would have given them all of my information, I have nothing to offer besides debt hahaha so the joke would have been on them.
Take Care Everyone

Gave them my prepaid card number they told me at the end they didn't take prepaid cards but they didn't tell me that at the beginning

Call the number and they state they have no way to be taken off their list/system. This should have been forfeited five times over already.

Received this in the mail and immediately did a Google lens search and found these other people that this happened to. This is a complete scam to get your bank card information. On the other side of this notice it has my full name and address with no return address. These scammers are getting more creative so beware

I to received this fake voucher in which I further investigated. I called the phone number from a burner phone. I gave him my claim number knowing all that would do is pull up the information he already had while he assured me there was no selling involved and there was no obligations there was only a "one time small activation fee" so I proceeded to go along with it providing him with fake bank account information. It was extremely fun. I don't suggest anybody else go this far I only did because I'm very well educated in these types of scams due to my research.
COMPLETE SCAM BEWARE!

I received a post card “Reward $100.00 Voucher”. It states “We are holding $100.00 in savings for you good at Wal-Mart, Target and more - in your name!” Says to call 1-888-996-4989 to claim reward as soon as possible. I called after their available hours listed, trying to see if it provide any automated information regarding the company. It rang 4 times then went to busy signal, no voicemail, nothing. Post card also provides supposed claim number.

It provides zero information about the name of the company this post card is affiliated with, no website information, no address listed anywhere.

This post card was received in Springfield, Missouri.
