The scammer is that they mislead on their website. They put a very cheap price on a website and said No refundable but they do not put detail or regulation for the price of purchased on their website. Once make a purchase, they call and tell the regulation that is not guarantee ect… on the price we purchased if wanted to be guaranteed ect… have to upgrade the ticket for higher prices. They do not let customers cancel the previous ticket but can be upgrade for higher price.
