I ordered 2 Personalized Large Wooden Kids Letters that was a bank on Dec 2, 2023, order went thru, got track# an was getting updates on a [email protected] said pkg started in Sweden( which did not know) went thru customs, came to US and left customs and nothing since. Each time I tried to reach out to their site, it gives same standerd reply, no new info and cant reach anyone. Called my bank to dispute. I wanted it known that this is a scam, Im usually pretty good of checking the reviews of a company but this ond got me. I also put them on Insta and FB to let others know. It came from Malmo, 21231 Sweden.
