The company (Heroxce) was on social media (Instagram) and then when clicked on went to their website. I purchased the pictured item (an Halloween sequined sweater) and expedited shipping with a verified shipping date. I received the item 4 weeks late and it was not at all like the pictured item. When I contacted the company, whom could only be reached by email, I was told that shipping costs would be very expensive to return and often “get lost”. I continued to email and was only offered 10 percent back. The companies phone number is an automated response with nobody answering ever and the website I provided says it is “closed.” However, if I search the companies name, there is still an active website elsewhere.
