I saw a viral video of a product and went to the website. I placed an order (giving my name, address, phone number, and credit card info). I received an email with my order confirmation, and another email later that day saying my product was shipped (with express tracked shipping). When the product didn't arrive, I clicked the tracking link and was brought to a "Page Not Found" page. I tried emailing and got no response. I tried entering the tracking info directly and it was not found. I contacted them again and again got no reply. I've now filed a dispute with my credit card.
