Ordered mystery boxes from this company on June 2. Contacted them 2 weeks ago for information about why the label was created but still no shipping information they sent me an email saying they send out 25-50 boxes a week and will make sure mine goes in next batch when I asked for a refund. That was 2 weeks ago when I messaged them today on the 22 of June they sent me the same email about getting my box out then sent me a non refund policy and other bull. I have never delt with such an unprofessional company. Also when you click to buy items from the website it comes up as errors. I just hope no one else gets used by this poor excuse of a company
