1: . The Delivery crate of the animals have to be changed from a normal crate to a ventilated crate because it lacks potty pet space , water bowl and food cane Ventilated crate eElectronic Thermal Crate
2: The crate is too small for the relaxation of the animals on the flight . Due to the above reason, the crate has to be changed from a ventilated crate to an Electronic Thermal Crate.
3: We are experiencing an unfavourable traveling condition and transporting the Animals in the ventilated crate will be detrimental to the health of your Animals .
4: We need an Industrial Thermal Electronic crate during this period of shipping because it has a TEMPERATURE REGULATOR ( HEATER ) which will be regulated according to your Animal 's body temperament there by maintaining a constant body temperature

I knew this was a scam and refused to pay them. I then contacted underground reptiles hub and the texted that "they had been in touch with the delivery company and they said they are experiencing a bad weather condition, so you need to rent a electronic thermal crate." I checked, and there were not adverse weather conditions either in Georgia or Minnesota. I texted them about the weather. They said it is not on us but the courier service. When I asked for my money back they kept telling me to be patient. Then they stopped answering my texts. I tried to go to the delivery companys website www.tranquilllogistics.com but the website was not available.
