Sage & Eden's refund policy is left blank on their actual store webpage. Their original shipment of my purchase was delayed, but they did not alert me nor would they allow me to cancel when I requested, as their product would be late for the gift it was originally intended. Their product arrived almost a month late and looked nothing like the beautiful picture they used to sell it. I requested a refund and was offered 40%. To receive a full refund, they demand that I ship it to China with tracking, which would cost me $66.30. I paid $62.10 for the lamp, because they claim to be a small start up company in Wyoming. Returning anything to Wyoming is simple. Not so with China: No.186, Feiyunjiang Road,Puzhou Subdistrict, Longwan District, Wenzhou, 325011, Zhejiang, China. Tel: 0086-15957719526. Contact person: Miss Chen. Now, I am offered 30% today via Facebook messenger.
The shipping return address on their original shipping label was 1055 Sesame St, Franklin Park, IL 60131. This company is fraudulent and using fake address as well as Bait and Switch scams. They cover it legally with their "Refund policy" on a different site, which states that the buyer must return their product for refund. However, they are falsely claiming to have United States addresses and then make buyers get preapproval for return, so they can force tracking return shipments to China which they know will be too expensive for buyers to pay; thus they are getting away with fraud!
