I ordered 3 pairs of contact lenses. After 2 weeks of never getting a tracking number I reached out via email. Then they gave me a tracking number then said to ignore it cause it was a mistake. (Turns out this is the tracking number they use to scam people with). Then they said they were out of stock and to buy another item. I didn't want another item and asked for a refund. Then they said they could send them in a few days. But if they're out of stock how could they do that? Lie number 2. And then I asked for a refund again. Then they said "no you're not getting a refund. Please understand." That was red flag number 3. So then I realized I'm being scammed and opened a dispute with my credit card. I took screenshots of everything. I reported them to the FTC and now here. All of there reviews on Trust piolet are really bad with other people complaining of being scammed as well. Lesson learned. I still want my 36 dollars back. They recently sent me another fake tracking number that said exactly what the first one said that they accidentally sent...fwded from Floria. I will fight tooth and nail to get my money back.
