Type of a scam Online Purchase
After the fourth email, a message came from the company giving me three options on the return: return the shoes, making sure they were insured to China where upon they would give a full refund; or company would give a 70% refund right away and customer would keep the shoes; or keep the shoes. I emailed the company right away and said to give me a 70% refund and I would donate the shoes to a charity. After several more days of emails, the company said the 70% refund had been processed. It has been over 2 months and the credit has NOT shown up on my card. Each response from the company states "they are looking into it". Their last email said, "stay healthy". Clearly the company had NO intentions of giving a refund for their inadequate product. Don't be scammed by them, too.
