I placed an order from Unidragon.com on November 15 and paid &157.78 through Shop Pay. It was a 2 - 6 day shipping period. As of December 7, 2021, the order shows unfulfilled but paid in full. I have emailed several times for a status update and get no response. I would like to cancel the order but again, I do not get a response. Shop Pay states I need to go through Unidragon to cancel my order but I cannot reach them. I would like to cancel the order and the payment but there is no one to contact. It appears to be a scam.

I brought a puzzle and I never got it. It was supposedly shipped yet nearly 5 weeks later I've still not received the puzzle. They refused to send another or return my money. So they stole ** dollars from me.

Ordered a unidragon puzzle online through unidragon.com. If you have seen the ads on Facebook the puzzles look amazing. After 2 weeks of no change in shipping status sent an email. Received the same automated email saying their shipping was stick in Europe. Realizing even the sentences showed this to be from someone who didn’t have a good grasp of the English language I contacted them repeatedly over a week demanding a refund. They also over charged my credit card. Still waiting for the refund. Don’t fall for this puzzle scam. This was to be a gift for my wife who loves puzzles.
