I received an email offering a job at a shipping service. Asked me to follow a link and apply for the job "Supply chain Operations Manager". The HR Manager Diana Grasso called me several times for the job, and after receiving the call, the interview was like 2 mins and almost confirmed the position. Later asked me to sign a contract electronically, and also fill out a W-4 form, as well as send a ID number. The contract said $3100 every month, payment will be paid once a month, date starts after I receive the first package.

Unfortunately I didn't come across this site while searching for this web numerous times while I was in the "Job application process", now there's a Heater/Cooler sitting in my home and my information with some scammer, I'm not sure what to do and feel very frustrated. As a job seeker I felt desperate and usually don't fall for online scams and unfortunately have on this one.

I was initially reached out by email for a job opportunity. The opportunity was a remote job from home. Job details included processing inbound shipments, checking the product for damage etc., then sending it off to the customer. Other than that, I had to right up a logistics report every week. It seemed weird at first but the work continued.. Then after 2 weeks of being with the company, they said they wanted to promote me to a higher paying position but the position required you to become a member of the company, not an employee. Before I knew it, they had tried to start an LLC for the company I thought I was working for, under my name and home address. They applied for an EIN# with the IRS and applied for certificate of organization within my state of GA. The company is based in Tampa.. When I called they IRS, I was informed that they were trying to make me the sole member of the company. They even tried to get me to open a business account in my name for their company.
