Pop-up add came up while playing game on phone about company that had been on TV show Shark Tank. The company offered free sample with shipping cost, then required two additional products be purchased to complete order. I completed order (card charged on 3-21-2023). Then 13 days later (4-4-2023) card was charged $122.86 for a second order. I called company to cancel the account and she said I could not be credited back for the $122.86 as I had called too late to cancel this the auto payment. She did give me Cancelation # so no future auto payments would be completed, hopefully that is true. I do not believe adequate time was given to evaluate product before I was charged the $122.86 for a second order. I believe UniMans Labs polices are unfair to customers wanting to try the product. I would not recommend doing business with UniMans Labs.
