Gaffney and Valerie Fontem have a Web site that they are advertising french bulldog puppies. They ask for the money western union and then never send the puppy. They say you have to pay additional money for pet insurance. I paid $740 and received nothing. They won't answer the phone when u call but say they are busy via text. Tried to get me to pay a bogus shipping company and when I called the man barely spoke English. When I questioned him he was fumbling for words. These people are not who they say they are and are preying on innocent people.
