They used a phone number that is extremely similar to the United Airlines customer service number. The UA number ends with 8331, and this one ends with 1331. They asked for my confirmation number, and then said they could use the card on file but I'd have to provide all of the information (address, security code, expiration date, name) again. I then received an email with a button "yes, I authorize." I thought this was weird, and that the confirmation email itself was weird, coming from something called 'Tickets Confirmation,' but I thought I had called the United customer service number and this was just a weird/bad vendor they were using. But the email was riddled with grammar errors and the link asks for you to upload a picture of an ID. I googled "ticketsconfirmation.com," realized something was wrong, and called my bank immediately. They were able to cancel my card issue a new one right away.

After that, I received multiple calls from a New York number, (332) 600-1143, that I did not pick up.
