I spoke with Malcom and James Pierre. Both refused to send me video evidence of a puppy I had purchased when I became suspicious of the transaction. They "work" for United Air Pet Transport. The phone numbers were both from Canada. I paid them for an upgrade in pet carrier due to location ($1800) as well as additional shot fees and a New Mexico pet tax ($1200 went to the pet seller so they could pay the additional $700 in a lump sum). The shipping company and seller were in contact during these transactions. I would be happy to send you the emails I have with both parties. This is the email I received with tracking information that never happened. I was supposed to receive the puppy Wednesday and that is the day contact stopped and I have not heard from either one since. Dear Client ,

Good morning and accept greetings from us. We are sorry for the delay , your puppy is set to be delivered to your home address this morning . bellow is the flight details for your puppy
