United Enrollment Services Reports & Reviews (15)

I was looking at my bank account and found a debt for $506 to Neo insurance solutions. I called Neo Insurance and they told me "my" Agent Anthony Napolitana signed me up. He signed me up without my permission. I do not know agent Anthony Napolitana nor have I ever spoken to Anthony. This company signed me up for health and dental insurance and charged my bank account without my permission.

I did not give anyone at United enrollment services/ Neo Insurance solution, my permission to sign me up for any "health insurance".

I am a licensed insurance agent in Phoenix Arizona. I have had my coverage from Philadelphia American for 3 yrs and very happy with my Philadelphia American policy and coverage. www.biltmorehealthinsurancesolutions.com

Got a text saying Cigna was offering low cost health insurance for self-employed. Agent William John lied througout the conversation. Told me company URL was "down". Gave me a GMail email address, and gave me a disconnected phone number. Now I'm fighting to have the charge on my credit card.
Kept calling customer service and after holding 10 minutes would go to voicemail.

I received calls and texts stating
Update: SBA Small Business Associations new Smart Health Plan is ready for enrollment. 50% less than market plans, BIG SAVING. Call 1-888-965-0843. Stop to End

I called the number back because I was unhappy with marketplace insurance and was in the market for a new health care plan.

DESAREE was my scam agent. She pressed that the quote my be different if I hung up to do due diligence and research the company. I was told it's Unitedenrollments.com I immediately went to the site there is a landing page with an enticing plans etc. But there is nothing to click. When you click Facebook or the other social media site it connects back to a WIX page. Fishy.

She got away with mine and my husband's socials.

We bank with Wells Fargo we have canceled the credit card we gave them and called Fraud also we are going a step further to protect or identity with the bureau.

They got our names address and social. She said we're covered for PPO plan non deductible 500 a month. They took of dental and vision but the total amount transaction was still 514 because of a 50 dollar fee.

We got the email but it says neo insurance solutions
They also have nothing but awful reviews.
She did say SBA referred us to them and they are not actual SBA.

It's my fault for wanting insurance the reason I went through with it.

I feel completely taken advantage of and will not underestimate what they are capable of or the extent they will go to.
The transaction had to be done right then and there. She sent me a signature page which had to be completed before the call could end.

All red flags I chose to ignore because I am in need of insurance.
She used wording saying end of enrollment period nearing,
Accredited
But clearly it's just one of many scams.

I got a call (from phone number #1) from someone claiming to be from AT&T, saying they wanted to make sure that subscribers are aware of all benefits, so I agreed to talk to someone and I was immediately transferred to a salesperson from United Enrollment Services, who offered me a too-good-to-be-true health insurance plan. He wanted a credit card number over the phone before he would send me any insurance information in writing. I told him I'm not giving a credit card number until I see the insurance plan in writing. He claimed my card would not be charged until I gave the Ok. I said I needed to research the plan. While I argued with him over giving my credit card, I truly accidentally hung up on him, and he texted me from a strange number (phone number #2) and told me to call him back at a different number (phone number #3). The screenshot below is the text that he sent me.

I came across several bad reviews of the company, so I called AT&T customer service and they told me they do not partner with any health insurance company.

United Enrollment Services had pretended to be calling from AT&T.

I called phone number #1 and got an outgoing recording from a company that helps people with student loan debt. A few minutes later, the same agent called me from another number (phone number #4) and said he was calling from his personal cell phone and wanted to know if I was done with my research. I told him the company is dishonest.
Pretended to be from AT&T

I would not recommend United Enrollments. They may be a legitimate company, but they definitely don't tell you everything you need to know up front, and they give you the runaround and high-pressure sales tactics when you call to cancel. We found out that this is a short-term medical plan, and did not cover the way we needed to be covered. We called back within our thirty day free look window, multiple times, and every time we were told they had to refer us to a case manager for cancellation. Case managers are not available so you can be transferred to them, they have to call you back within 24 to 48 hours. I'm still waiting for anyone to call back.
I went to the email I received from them and registered for the account for my plan. There I was able to download a document direct from the insurance company, which also gave me notice of the 30-day free look period, and provided me with a number to call for cancellations that was direct to the insurance company. I called and within 10 minutes had the cancellation processed, and the refund pending against my credit card. I recommend that if you find yourself needing to cancel, go direct to your insurance company, don't try to work through United Enrollments, they are just the sales arm.
United Enrollments may be a legit company, but in my opinion they use underhanded sales tactics and have extremely poor customer service. They do not tell you everything you should know about your plan, you have to discover that for yourself. I would not recommend anyone to them for that reason.

Spoke to William John, he was fantastic. He signed me up after he FOUND that the physical therapy place I was very interested in using was part of the Network. The Insurance would kick in in a month, and to be sure I was covered to set up appointments around July 20th which unbeknownst to me would put me after the 30 days ( he did not mention this very important detail - to get a refund on the enrollment fee $514.00) This insurance deal was too good to be true, they explained they are like Expedia, and they have over 9 million providers in their network plus William John assured me the physical therapy place was part of the network, so I signed up finally medical insurance that makes sense . Give them a try, I thought... It was too good to be true so I spoke to other agents and same thing they verified and told me the place was indeed part of the network and that they would cover 70% of the visit. To my dismay, the day of my appointment which had fallen one day past the 30 days, the therapy place declined to give me service. I called United Enrollment and they insisted I had made a mistake because I said Gerber Medical instead of Multiplan PPO, went inside again and was declined service the second time. Called again,,, United enrollment persisted... At that point my patience had runneth over and I asked for a refund. They said my case had to be reviewed, that there were transcripts and my case need it to her reviewed. I was fuming, I asked to speak to William John but never was able to speak to him ever again-- and I was very persistent. Today.I couldn't speak to Mr John but spoke to their supervisior of United Enrollment Chris Franklin, another great professional. And basically it boils down to their word against mine...

I am very pessimistic a refund will be given back-- who knows who makes that decision is out of their control... Today, to top it off; even though I had cancelled yesterday the monthly charge appeared on my bank accounts and Mr Franklin said that it may not be refunded either... a charge of $414.00 So I put a stop payment on that charge...

United enrollment may be legit but they overpromise you a deal you can't pass. But sir they said, you could go to a different therapy place... that pitch was not acceptable to me. I signed up because they cover the place I was seeking, they don't care. I took the hook, the signer uppers made their quota by overpromising a very sophisticated pitch w ( all) sophisticated agents that spoke native English.

I originally dealt with William John "Will", while I was in the process of purchasing his "great deal" he was available, with guarantees about full refunds if policy is not to your satisfaction. However I bought on 3/28, called on 4/11 (first time) to cancel the policy that only covers up to $10,000/year hospitalization. Have called 7 times, talked to "Case Workers", the person who answer's the phone, as "no one else is available" and been assured of cancel and reimbursement. TODAY I called the insurance company, and they had no notification of cancellation. I don't recommend doing business with this company, very poor customer service.

We were told that this is an 70/40 plan with life insurance included. It was not! What we received is a supplement plan and was charged 140.00 a month for life insurance. These people are a total scam. I have tried to call and cancel but know will answer, nor return my phone calls.

TOTAL SCAM... Do not give these people any of your information. Deseree gave me her "personal" number 561-829-5011 and she did not answer but I was told I could hold for her. She never answered. Called 855-937-4325 which is supposedly customer service. On the email that they sent says to "Call anytime with questions or concerns". They never answer the phone either. Call 888-386-0798 and they are happy to sell you their bogus insurance through Neo Insurance Solutions.. look them up too!

They just told me that what I purchased was a PPO plan. It's not. It's limited insurance, otherwise known as a "supplement to insurance."
They are also difficult to get ahold of. The agent who sold me the policy said that he was giving me his "personal number." As it turns out, another agent answers his "personal number" and he isn't available - ever, I guess. Other calls to the mainline were dropped and now I'm waiting for a callback from a "customer service specialist."
They also said that they were "working with NAR" to sell health insurance to real estate agents. This was noted in another complaint. The response was that "working with NAR" isn't a scam but it really is misleading since NAR has no affiliation with them. At all.

While United Enrollment Services doesn’t come off as the most “traditional” it is definitely legit. My agent William was able to get me a policy that was way cheaper then any other quote I could find, plus they only deal with great insurance companies. I highly suggest asking for William if you contact them, he was fantastic in getting me and my wife a policy.

Legit or not, United Enrollment Services are willfully operating in violation of Federal Telemarketing law and are therefore not to be trusted.

I am a real estate agent and received a call from someone claiming to be the National Association of Reators offering to provide me with lower cost healthcare options. Upon returning their call, the agent transferred me to a guy name William at United Enrollment. He asked personal questions about myself and the coverage I was seeking. He put me on hold for 2 to 3 minutes and came back and said he had found a plan with a company Healthshield that offered zero deductible, $25 doctors visits, for like $400 a month. This is nothing like what you will find on the open healthcare market. Upon googling his name and the company I found lots of other folks who said it was a scam. Sounded too good to be true, so I never called the guy back or gave him any money. I also called the actual NAR to ask if they were affiliated with this company, and they said no that there were lots of scams going around. Please be careful if you are a realtor. The National Association of Realtors does not offer any assistance or plans for healthcare other than what can be found available on the open market.

This is not a valid complaint. United Enrollment Services is a licensed agency with licensed health insurance agents. The agents help people enroll in policies- period. No they are not affiliated with NAR, but that does not make them a scam. They are an enrollment agency for the private market. This person did not even try the coverage they were offering him- he just deemed it a scam and hung up. I actually have a policy through United Enrollment Services- it’s called Health Shield. It’s a PPO policy and I couldn’t be more pleased with it. My copays for all docs are just $25 and I have 70% hospital coverage and a bill negotiator for my responsibility. I have been a client with UES for 3 years now. My agent is Desiree. I seriously could not say anything but great things about this company.

My husband was looking for healthcare. We couldn't get into another program. Immediately after we got off the phone with the first healthcare company, we got a call from this company. The representative said he was an insurance company and he could provide a policy. We got a sign up kit delivered to us in the mail from a company in McKinney, TX from another company--
