I applied for a job with united healthcare on indeed. Was emailed that I had been selected for an interview. Was asked to download a messaging/video calling app called signal. Went through an online interview and questionaire. Two days later was told I got the job and was emailed lots of paperwork to fill out from a united healthcare email. Sent back the info, inly to be told that i needed to submit another bank accou t for direct deposit. I called united healthcare to figure out why and they had no such job posting and none of my info.

I called 877-866-5844 around 8:45a.m. 12-2-19, I may have mis-dialed, because the number for Express Scripts is 877-866-5843. They came on the line immediately and said they were Express Scripts, he started out as Kevin and then when he pretended to transfer me he said he was Bryan. I explained they had the same accent and he gave himself away by switching back to Kevin personality. They both had an Indian accent. I think I asked 20 times could I please just be transferred to care person who works with my perscription, and kept being told no we have to go through this promotional, and we are offering you a one time $100 gift, but it wasn't a gift because they needed credit card $4.95 for postage. I finally agreed to it after many times. At the end of the call when they said now we are going to transfer you to care person at Express Scripts, they gave me the information number for AT&T and he clicked off the phone immediately 1-800-555-1212 when I said that can't be the number. They have nothing to do with Express Scripts, as I called the general number, so they are aware of this. They knew my insurance and prescription. I had to say yes more than one time. I also received a call from "United Healthcare" a little over a week ago and that was a call that came to me, and the person said we are United Healthcare to make sure you are getting all of the Medicare Advantages that you are due, but they were not United Healthcare, at the end of scenario they transferred me to another company, and I said you are not United Healthcare, and they said they are another supplemental insurance company.
