This company issues insurance, Then denies all claims, including immunization shots for children, Lab work, Dr. Visits.

Insurance was cancelled in order to pay medical bills, Then recieved a bill from a collection agency for a month of premium which had been cancelled. Instructed insurance company to cancel insurance Oct 1, 2016

Lost 1000.00 to 1500.00 worth of premiums for 2- 3 months, and medical bills totaling over 1000.00 All denied.

Company demands payment, states that policy was not cancelled.
