I then replied and asked what company they were from. they changed the name on the email from LEGAL CASE to UNITED LEGAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU .This is the reply below:

When I called to see who it was a foreign guy that could barely speak English good answered stating he was some AGENT!(yea right) He started ready some script saying it was an affidavit. He said American Law Office was wanting to press 3 charges on me and that I had taken out a loan with Cash Advance. So when I told him that I have never gotten a loan out with them he got mad and said that he will proceed with pressing charges if I didn't pay him $1500. I told him that this was a scam and that I would report him and he said that the police would be knocking on my door to take me to jail. I do not like to be threatened. I responded to the email and told them that I know this was a scam and not to ever send me anything again. People beware. This is a scam and I don't know how they got my email address as well as my first and last name. This is ridiculous and scary at the same time because I have no idea how they know my first and last name as well as my personal email.
