A person named Jessica called me to discuss that a company was taking me to court for an alleged debt collection. I, nor the bank that they claim to have permission to withdraw from have any record of this debt. When I requested more information on the debt, I was repeatedly asked about an attorney. I was told that in 45 days I would get courts documents. I called the local courts to verify and there was no such case against me. I have been attempting to call to get more information about this debt and why they waited 10 years before making any contact with me. The address obtained and claimed to have sent documents to has never gotten any such documents or contact from them.

When I try to call, the number says “all circuits are busy”. When I was able to get through previously, they hung up on 7 times.

I have since contacted my attorney.

this morning i received a telephone call from united lending services with return phone # '646 653 4442 x anthony', promising me a $15,000.00 loan at 7% APR with terms being $250/mo x 68 months = $17,000 total repayment and with no early payment penalty, so it sounds great ((good!)) so far!!

follow up phone calls stated they need an activation (and registration) fee of $250.00 and since i can save approximately $35.00 fees for money gram, western union, or direct wire transfer from my bank, they ((anthony)) suggested to me that i should buy $250.00 worth of itunes cards and call again 2017.11.02.07:30 tomorrow morning with card(s) information.

i was promised that within a few hours tomorrow after the ((transfer)) telephone call, all of $15,250 (($15,000 + $250)) would be direct deposited in my *** *** bank account with the acct #***, information this company received on the telephone call! your bbb message on this posted website indicates, however, that over 50 complaints are in process against the 'united lending services' company?

what should we do now, since the $250.00 advance registration doesn't sound legit? also, anthony, of the company in question, stated since the company isn't a merchant, they can't directly transfer my bank account funds to them and ultimately would need to go the 'itunes gift cards' way.

i am open to work with the 'ScamPulse.com' to complete court action in regards of this loan company, so please let me know in detail how you would like me ((and the two of us)) to proceed from here? anthony of united lending services company is expecting a $250.00 itunes phone call from me 07:30 tomorrow morning, that's 2017.11.02.07:30 PST'

I received a Facebook message from United Lending Services telling me that I was approved for a $2000 loan. They asked me to pay a $100 fee using an iTune gift card on 9.20.17. She told me the quickest way for me to have the money put in my bank was to buy an iTune gift card. I purchased the iTune gift card from CVS. It took 30 minutes, then they said I was approved, and that my loan would be in my account within 30 minutes, I called back. I was talking to a supervisor, Anthony, who said I would need to pay an additional $200. I argued with them, as they promised there wouldn't be any additional fees, and now they are saying I had to pay an insurance fee. Then Anthony said he would pay $100 out of his pocket, adn I would only have to pay an additional $100. Both of them had accents. You could hear echoing in the phone and other people talking on the phone.

This company takes you money doesn't communicate or assist at all in the fashion they state they will. Phone number isn't legit. Fraudulent company stay far away

I applied for several loans they called me told me since my credit was so. Bad I had to pay a $125 fee which they had me go get iTunes cards in which they told me they where apart of apple once I did that the guy Jim told me check my account no money was there he then proceeded to tell me it's a state fee of 165 and I had to pay that and I would get it right back with the $1000 loan that I applied for . I then borrowed the money from my boss he then stayed on the phone and said check my account in 5 minutes no money was there he then preceded to transfer me to another guy which advised me that I needed to pay another $100 for a processing fee I started crying because then I knew I had been scammed I'm a single mother of 5 children and I was trying to get a loan to get my car fixed for me and my children and these people scammed me outta $290 in which I borrowed $165 of that and I won't stop until somebody is prosecuted for this .

i was told to pay $34.95 which is refundable if they could not place my loan w/ a lender - they were not able to get the loan and have not returned my money
