Same as all the others. You give them your personal information. They act like it is legit, show you pictures of legal documents and even have you fill out a 1099. They are fraud. I worked for a whole month, spend hrs. of my day picking up and delivering packages. I was supposed to be paid 2,400, but never received anything. They stopped answering all calls and lock me out of their login. It has to be something I can do or someone I can call to take legal action against them. I still have screen shots of the text and times I sent items for them.

i have similar experience how can we actually restrict them not to do with anyone else i have been receiving calls day in day out for shipping the item get label and on my pay day the blocked me .
i am regretting not to take action before that would help to catch them easier anyone going through that fraud please speak up before they block you.
I think we should complain them to FTC.

My experience is almost exactly the same as everyone else's on here. Except I found myself standing in my doorway thinking a package was being delivered and to my surprise it was an Ohio State Police Office coming to find out who lived at my address. Because my address had been used in a massive credit card scam. And guess what? I alonst went to jailer receiving stolen property. Lucky they were familiar with this scam and since I worked with them and gave them all the packages, I am off the hook. I immediately stopped accepting new packages. That b[censored] Naomi Branch had the [censored]ing nerve to call me and ask why I Hadn't uploaded the photos and tried reprimanding me. I stopped her right in her tracks and said, you know what? [censored] You! You're a lier and I don't believe a word you say. The only way I will do anything else for you people is when you pay me the $3600 I am owed. She claims they're not a scam. I told her to prove it and putt that money in my bank account, then we can talk. She even asked for the police phone number. I told her to knock herself out and give him a call.
I hope they rot in hell.

I was a victim of this fake company luckily I looked them up before I filled out the fake W4 form which I have never heard of. But this was the real red flag 👇🏾

I couldn’t find any info until recent, I shipped one package and a family member told me it was a scam. They are getting really wise. Everything was legit interview, company policy document , secure web login, and supervisors for outgoing/incoming packages, even different people for HR. I’m sure they are changing their names. I hope this helps the next person looking for income.

Woman called Jessica Ortiz telephoned me, claimed email was sent for legitimacy, I never received the email. Jessica Ortiz claimed to be the HR manager, yet I received an email stating that "Helen" which is my name, was the HR Manager. When I mentioned that I could not find a legitimate company named EastWay Shipping, she quickly wanted to get off of the phone. I stated that I would let others know and she hung up quickly

They reached out to from a false job posting on Careerbuilder.com. So, for anyone looking for a real job try going on Indeed.com. Save yourself literally! These pencil pushing, webcam sex having, muscled out of lunch money by the school bully geeks have found a way to wreak havoc through scamming. These pieces of dog feces can get stuffed in their high school lockers like they used to get. Punk [censored] Best Buy Shoppers!

This is a scam company, they promise a salary of $ 2800 / month, for each delivery of $ 50, the packages arrive at the wrong address of my name and they ask me to print their shipping labels on the goods and bring them send! It is fraud and against the law.

Yep same thing happened to me. When I originally looked them up everything checked out but less than 30 days, end of month I was locked out of the parcel assistant and no communication with their staff. Seems like there is another one of these now that popped up again trying to repeat the scenario QY-Shippers. Will promise you more money because you will never get it. However there will be packages shipped to your address. I wonder how these were purchased, stolen credit cards or re-routed packages that end up in a continuous cycle and too hard to track. Just know its a SCAM.

Sophia White initiated contact with me via email stating United Logistics Company is hiring and asked for contact information.

I expressed interest in the position and Palmiro called me from HR. He went over the job description and salary. He emailed me an employment agreement as well as an employer identification number for the company as well as a certification of the business from the NJ state treasury. I want to be able to show the documents to the BBB. Employer Identification Number:

85-2199732. I attached the Certificate of Formation sent to me. I have the iRS document they generated showing the EIN but this form only allows for one attachment. I also want to show the initial email they sent to me and all other emails from the HR department. Initial emails and most recent emails as follows:

My login information is no longer working. I am also supposed to be paid $2950 for my salary and commission for each package I processed. I completed 30 days and my probationary period is over. I was supposed to be paid $2950 after my 30 days probationary period. On the day I was supposed to be paid 10/23/20 I did not hear from my supervisor Maria Merritt at all which was odd because we communicated everyday since I was hired as I had to login to the eastway trade dashboard several times daily to find my assignments. My assignments were sometimes to pick up packages and sometimes to have packages delivered to me and then I would open those packages and take pictures of them and then I would ship those packages back out with a prepaid shipping label that they provided to me and all this information was accessible through this dashboard and now suddenly I cannot access the dashboard anymore and no one is available when you call any of the numbers and even my supervisor is not taking my calls. I want to fight this to the end because I have dedicated over a month towards this job and I have received absolutely no compensation and instead I have utilized my own expenses in order to perform the duties of this job. I would like to be contacted in order to pursue legal action against this business and want to ensure that I am compensated for my losses. I have more emails and information I can provide but this form does not allow for any other attachments so I would like to make sure that everything about this is documented.
