Hello,
My name is Chris Allen, I am the HR manager at United Logistics Company. We are currently hiring for our new position - Quality Controller.
Here is a brief description of the position. You can find the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions and Answers) document attached to this e-mail.
Job brief:
Wage: $3800 per month
Type: Home based
Probation: 30 days
Bonus: $20 for each processed order
Benefits: You will be eligible for the benefits that ULC offers. These benefits include:

JOB ACTIVITIES:
Process incoming parcels
Scan Postage Analysis (PA) sheets daily
Data Entry duties
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
Take direction from supervisor
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation
Screen outgoing materials to ensure that they are in proper format and assembled and addressed in accordance with appropriate regulations.
DUTIES:
Candidate will receive, sort, and route incoming packages
Process incoming packages
Sort and distribute parcels and deliveries
Perform general clerical work
Prepare packages for further shipment
Ship packages
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
Professional interpersonal and communication skills,
Proficiency in using office automation systems,
Proficiency in writing and preparing memorandums and project papers,
Knowledge of Postal Service requirements and codes,
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent organizational skills.
Good problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with printing processes and standards.
Accuracy and attention to detail in processing data, written and numerical information.
Ability to maintain professionalism while working independently and efficiently with limited supervision.
Ability to prioritize work, function within timelines, and work cooperatively with a variety of people.
Requirements:
Attention to detail and problem solving skills,
Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work,
Strong organizational and planning skills,
High school diploma or equivalent.
Trainings:
Company provides necessary training and instructions free of charge.
Required software:
Web browser, MS Office, E-mail software, Acrobat Reader.
