Received a phone call asking if we needed toner. They said toner price was going up. Secretary thought it was the company we lease from. Later received invoice for $499.25 without receiving toner. We would never order toner since we receive it from our printer company who we lease from. They said they had proof of delivery, but said it was left at the front door during office hours. I told them that didn't happen and that we have no toner that isn't from the company we lease from.

Called out church office claiming to be the company that takes care of our copier. They said that toner was going to be going up in price next year and wanted to see if we needed to order any before then. I told them that was fine they could go ahead and order us one, (believing they were the company that takes care of our copier). The toner came in. Didn't notice an invoice, but didn't think twice about it. Received an invoice on 1/23/17 stating we owed them $499.85. I immediately called out copier company and they stated it was not them that it was a scam, that the toner that we used only cost $79 and that they would never call us asking if we need toner. Proceeded to look up who they were and the only thing I found on their so called company was complaints on the ScamPulse.com website that was the same thing we had happen to us. Attempted to call, but went to voicemail.
