This was the shipping agency used by the seller of a puppy, who i also believe was part of this scam. They requested 800 dollars for a temp controlled cage and insurance which they ensured me was refundable upon delivery of the puppy. Then they sent me another email, after the puppy was supposed to be delivered, wanting an additional 1500 dollars for a pet license and if indid not pay the puppy would be placed into quarantine. I paid the 800 but have refused to pay anything else.
