United Restitution calls and threatens lawsuit over a payday loan. Calls my family and work. Marcia Watson and Scott Thomas and others with heavy accents say a lawsuit has been filed over a loan from 2008. First said it was from Horizon Financial, then Mesa Financial. They give a case number but will not give any other information. They just threaten and ask for money.
