On 2/22/2024, I had a property with sewage drain issue. I contacted United Sewer & Water who came on site to perform work. Upon arrival, they quickly determined they were unable to unclog the sewer but demanded payment nevertheless. When I refused to pay until work is complete, citing their original promise - the technician on site threaten to cause property damage. Then I made it clear payments would not be made until until the sewer line is properly unclogged and viewed with camera - that was when the technician decleared miracle and pulled out a supposed "rag" within minutes and claim the job is done. The scammer demanded payment of $638.1 via Zelle and alleged a "guarantee" of result. Within a week, the sewer remained slow and clogged. As of 3/14/2024 the company simply blocked my phone number.

Upon further research, it appears "United Sewer & Water LLC" does not exist as a registered company in the State of Connecticut, and the listed address, 15 Summitt Pl, Stamford CT, is a residential address, not a business address,
