As reported to our BBB staff member consumer states they paid to have trees trimmed on April 11 in the morning as they were told some of the limbs were dead and may fall on the home. One tree was trimmed and consumer was told they needed to get more gasoline for their chain saw and would return. The business asked if we would pay them so they could get the gasoline needed. I gave the person $350 in cash and no receipt was given upon request. The business told consumer they have been cutting trees for over 20 years and have never had any complaints about their work. The consumer states also there were 2 white young males in a small bluish gray pickup truck.
