Said the site was overflow for booking and flight changes. Strong accent possible Pilipino First Gentleman and Indian the manager. Told me my flight had changed prices and I had to pay an add $700 to keep my reservation. I refused and called United Airlines Customer Service to complain. My flight had been cancelled by the people I had called. It was shown to just have been cancelled online and United was unable to tell from where.

My flight was reinstated by United Airlines.
