I got a letter in the mail claiming to be Unity Financial Life Insurance Co and its policy. I called the number on the letter and it brought me to a group saying their name was Columbian Insurance, and that confused me. He says he was answering for different companies. He started asking me questions and I did not provide much outside my name and my husbands name. In the conversation he mentioned multiple names and was very confusing, he could not give me a straight answer about who I am talking to. I ended up calling a second number for foresters unity financial life insurance claiming they bought out unity, but when we did some research, its not the same unity company. They bought out a Canadian one, heres the trick: I'm not in Canada. This smelled fishy to me so I spoke with the ScamPulse.com and they are convinced it is a scam too.
