I recieved an email from [email protected] saying that my package was delivered and it included several attachments. I copied the tracking code and searched for the UniUni site, and added the code. It said that an order had been created, item packaged, and then sent to me through UniUni. The only thing is that I didn't see any package, I also didn't order anything on the day in question that it's alleging my order was created. I'm not sure what it's about, but I get the feeling the attachments to this email might be dangerous, so I haven't opened them. I can't think of anything this could be, but it seems other people have experienced similar things.

I ordered a purse online and the tracking confirmed it’s been received by UniUni since 20Jan26. I’ve reached out to the shipping company multiple times to confirm delivery of my package with tracking UUS6182230830875231 but no response. The vendor has also reached out but it’s been crickets.

I was sent an email by this company on 7/1/2025 around 10:15 pm confirming delivery of a package sent from Leo at ** ******* ******* *** ****** ***********. I did not purchase anything from such person. When I called UniUni they told me that the originator of this package is Allied Rich Technology Limited which is not the sender of this package and they gave me a invalid phone number of 312-291-9353. I spoke with Carlos, Brandon and Eric whom gave me the runaround and stated that I will receive a letter via email to provide the seller to get a refund or a replacement and to contact Allied Rich Technology Limited that does not have a contact number and I have not purchased from them or Leo. Do not know any of these companies and or people.

I did never order anything from ALLIED RICH TECHNOLOGY LIMITED,

2.-The second one with this message and attached 2 pictures as proof of delivery

"Great news! Your package has arrived!

A UniUni driver has delivered your package. Please check your front door or mail room (if applicable).

4.- So Im going to appreciate if you talk with UNIUNI to inquire about the missussing of my personal information and lack of honesty from their employees, don t have ethic

Complaint Against UniUni Delivery Service

Dear BBB,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against UniUni Delivery Service regarding their failure to deliver my package from SHEIN and their subsequent refusal to address my concerns.

I have previously received deliveries from UniUni at my address without issue. However, since July 2024, after expressing my dissatisfaction with their service, particularly regarding delivery accuracy and navigation issues, they now claim that my address is outside of their delivery area. This sudden change in service availability appears to be a direct retaliation for my feedback, which I find both unacceptable and unprofessional.

I request that the ScamPulse.com investigate this matter. It is concerning that a service can refuse to fulfill their obligations based on customer feedback, especially when they have successfully delivered to my location in the past.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see a resolution soon.

Placed an order with Shein, UniUni was supposed to be the delivery company used. UniUni sent me a delivery photo but it wasn't my apartment that it got delivered to. I'm not sure if the driver was careless, lazy, or if he was the one that stole my package, but I never received it and my neighbors didn't know anything about it. I sent UniUni pictures as proof that it wasn't my apartment, filed a ticket on their website, spoke to a customer service rep, emailed them, and still nothing has been resolved. I'm just being told that they will investigate but they're just completely ignoring me.
