Phone: 571.441.2451 (reverse phone search information on this number: Marvin Mensah, 31 years old, landline 703.583.1481, 2364 Battery Hill Circle Woodbridge VA 22191-6514). When this phone number called back it came up under Herndon Virginia.
These people told me the dog I ordered was coming via Universal Carriers and I needed to follow the email instructions before getting any flight information on my dog. They wanted me to rent a Thermal crate (they don’t exist) for the dog's travel. These are the emails they sent me, I took off my personal information.
When calling the 703.634.6676 phone number and got a person who barely spoke English. There was children in the background of the call and he kept telling me that I had to pay for the thermal crate in order to get any flight information. I asked to speak to a manager or a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor. This company is a scam and so is the dog breeder site.

Your puppy has been checked at the Pets Department and all the
registrations papers, healthy certificates and passport are correct .
Due to the poor weather conditions we are facing now you are required
to Rent (Hire) a different crate for the safe delivery of your puppy....
Reasons for a change of Crates !!
1: The Delivery crate of the puppy has to be changed from a Basket
crate provided by the senders to a Electronic Thermal Crate . The
Basket crate does not contain potty pet space , water bowl and food
cane to help the puppy on the flight .
2: The crate is too small for the relaxation of the puppy on the
flight . Due to the above reason, the crate has to be change from a
Basket crate to an Electronic Thermal Crate.
3: We are experiencing an unfavorable weather condition and
transporting the puppy in the Basket crate will be detrimental to the
health of your puppy
4: We need a Thermal Electronic crate during this period of shipping
because it has a TEMPERATURE REGULATOR ( HEATER ) which will be
regulated according to your puppy's body temperament there by
maintaining a constant body temperature
From the above reasons, the puppy can not be transported in the
original crate. The crate has to be changed and we have to use but an
Electronic Thermal crate to ensure the safety of the pets on the
flight to your location. We have these crates here at our agency in
different varieties and PD (power drive ). Here are the various
available Electronic Thermal crates listed below:

We do not sell the crate to our customers but we offer them for a hire
or rental terms to safeguards your puppy on flight. The money paid for
the rental of the crate will be 100% Fully Refunded Back to you by the
delivery agent bringing the puppy and he will refund back the money to
you cash or check when collecting the puppy at your home address.
Since the sender of your puppy sent her using a basket crate, when you
will be picking up the puppy at the airport the delivery agent will
come along with the Ventilated crate, to do the changes and have your
money paid back. We requested that you make a choice from the above
list of crates and choose the type of crate you will like your puppy
to travel in, for safety.

Note: The higher the PD, the more safety and guarantee the Puppy have
