The form that they send asks for my social security number.
I have never purchased a life insurance or any other policy from UGLIC. I have never had any contact with UGLI.C
The letter was sent to an address (my parent's home) that I have not lived in over forty years.
I would like to put this company on the ScamPulse.com radar.
