Purchased medicine and paid $535 by PayPal and the package shows in Bangladesh and not moving. The site shows en route but has not moved for over 10 days.
All contacts with the pharmacy are a waste of time, so now convinced the money is lost.
Beware of Indian pharmacies!

Universal Mail Post and East Wing Aviary LTD are scammers. You look for a bird on line they contact you and say that they are responding to a inquiry. You talk to them all friendly and nice through tex. The contact numbers are on a voicemail leave your name and number call back system and they do not call you back. This is done after you order your bird and have paid by Zelle East Wing will get you started and take your money then Universal will call you and say there is a problem with shipping your bird or eggs that they cannot complete the order because they need more money. Permitting Vacinations Etc. I have been on the phone all day trying to get this mess straitened out and I am not sure if I can get my 300 back. The deal is too great and the pictures are wonderful don't get taken.

I ordered 2 scarlet macaw eggs and incubator from Glassman Aviary LTD Melrose Fl. I paid $50 shipping. The shipping was through Universal Mail Post. I received an email the morning of the delivery for a copy of my breeder's permit. I replied I had no such permit and had never heard of such. I had been breeding exotic birds since 1980. The reply stated I needed to send $280 that would be refunded on delivery. I immediately knew this wad a scan. Contacted pay pal where I sent the. Payment to the breeder for a refund.

I seen Glassman Aviary LTD when I was looking for my bird to purchase. My pet store was East Wing Aviary LTD. out of Massillon OH shipping to Florida using Universal mail Services. They called five minutes before they were to deliver my bird and said the vet at the Miami Airport w[censored]ding my bird due to vacinations that the shipper should have provided. Universal talked about the money being refunded upon delivery of the bird but I must send the payment for the vacinations through my Zelle account that East Wing helped me set up first. That made no sense and we knew were ripped off after I seen your report here. If it makes you feel any better you would have helped us if I seen it earlier. Thanks for Posting Beware people scammers are out but Karma will get them back.

I reached out to the company to purchase a kitten. I found them via a google search for British Shorthair breeders. They have a very nice website with testimonials from satisfied customers. All communication was done via email and they were very prompt with their responses. I was concerned about having a kitten flown halfway across the country, but the website said, and they confirmed by email that the kitten would fly Delta or United and fly in the cabin with a person whose job it was to transport animals. All the costs for the flight/shipping of the kitten were included in the $600. I confirmed this via email. I paid they company the $600 via Zelle. Flight arrangements were made and I received an email from a company called Universal Mail Post. They were requiring $960 deposit for a temperature controlled crate, which was to be refunded when I picked up the kitten. They needed the money right away for the kitten to be shipped. I was working at the time all this communication was going on, I work in an Emergency Room and we were extremely busy. I had reservations, but also really just wanted to get the kitten, so I paid the $960, also paid via Zelle. However, their first choice of payment was via Bitcoin, which I was not comfortable with, but I thought maybe that was more common in California. I was starting to feel very uneasy with the whole experience and expressed my concerns via email to the breeder. I received reassurance. Then I got a second email from Universal Mail Post stating that now I needed to pay an additional $1650 for insurance for the kitten, which would also be refunded when I picked up the kitten. This was too much, when I got home from my shift I emailed the breeder and told them that I was no longer comfortable going through with this purchase and that I would like my money back. I also email Universal Mail Services requesting the promised 100% refund for the special crate. It has been nearly 24 hours with no reply from either company, and my money has not been refunded.
