They call stating they are trying to deliver important court documents, they have my address, name and state they are from St. Clair county, Mi. They will leave different messages on each phone. Mine said they were a process server with St. Clair county. (I called the court house, that is not their practice). My husbands phone they stated they put a lien on our house due to my debt. They call my phone, my moms and my husbands with in minutes from each other using different phone numbers. This has been going on since November 2022. No one has been to my house to deliver documents. They are rude if you ask any questions. They stated I owe 13,000, change the name of the original lender 3 times....each time I said I've never had that debt they said a different creditor. I have verified with my county's court house that I have no legal action against me. Other numbers used 586-304-4902, 586-310-3571. This is harassment and stressing me out for continuing for so long.
