Some guy (a recording, I think). Said he was with some division of the government and was I aware of their right to monitor everyone's internet usage.. I said, yes. And then it said someone at my hoise was using thr internet to look at graphic illegal things (not true).

I said "is this some kind of joke?". And when he started to say something else, I hung up.

I'm newly arrived back to the states and I wasn't aware that any of this is true, and I suspect that there was some sort of scam. I read the "new thing" was to get someone to say yes so they could charge my credit card later using a recording of my voice... What should I do?

I won't be answering calls from numbers I don't recognize anymore. But I didn't know this was a problem here.
