I went onto the postal office website to change my address. The next day I see a pending transaction from this company. I went on Google and saw their website I contacted them through the website requesting a refund because I never authorized this payment. The so called email couldn't be found. I Spoke to someone this morning they knew my name, I found that weird, but no record of a payment through their accounting department. The manager never called back. I called the number along with the extension she gave me 189 she never picked up. That payment is still pending. She said it's a business that sells outdoor appliances for houses. I don't own a house I told her. It seems as if they are covering up by using the number from the company who sells the outdoor appliances. But then it's an agency that block you from getting junk mail which is 179.95
