Called and spoke to them and they repeatedly told me they would serve me papers at home or at my job. They told me that they would file to garnish my wages. I informed them that my debt was outside the Statute of Limitations and that the original collector “Furniture Row” was 14 years too late to seek out the payment. They only used my maiden name and old email address in reference to my identity. They call every day from a different number.
