Scammer had a listing of Norwex products on Facebook Marketplace. I contacted this person to order several items. She responded what she was able to send and gave me a price of $77. I paid her through Venmo. She promised the ordered products would be sent out within 2 days. After a week of no delivery, I followed up with her and no response. Followed up 7 times and finally responded with 'sorry, I've been on vacation, will send tracking info tomorrow', only to never be received. Followed up 3 more times, received response 'her home was vandalized and she couldn't find the tracking info'. Followed up 3 more times, no response. Never received the products.

Lessons learned: 1. if buying from FB marketplace, pay through FB only. Never pay through Venmo/Paypal, especially as a 'friend'.
