Thought the dog was on a plane Nope stated there was a delay, we reached out to Holly May with no success, this keeps going excuses,, the next day they wanted $1250.00 for pet insurance (refundable) cannot fly with out it, again paid thru zelle to James Wood only payment option. and lastly still no dog, now stating they need $1400. to transfer ownership to get thr customs, again paid thru Zelle to James wood, After the last payment of $1000 to transfer owner ship they stated the dog would be on the flight and they would send us her flight info - never received, we called all day long on 8/12/2020 and they would not answer the phone, emailed with no response. Uline Freight Logistics stated in all correspondence that we would get refunded at time of delivery with the dog, So we reached back out to Holly May for assistance as she stated she uses them all the time and has an account with them, no help from her at all in fact it was an irate interaction at the end, and still no proof of paperwork that the dog was
put in our name no documents nothing. and here we are over $3000 later and no dog and no money. This is a big scam and is not fair to people who believe they are getting a pet, and then are suckered into the scam as they are worried about their new pet arriving safely.
