Unsecured Loan Offer Reports & Reviews (1)

I received a call at 10:15 AM today from a man with a very bad cell connection named Dean or something to that effect. I saved the message. He said my pre-approved loan quote code is P83942 for $75K to pay off bad debts & tax debts which is a debt consolidation loan unsecured. I don't know if they got the wrong phone number or they're intending to make a loan to someone who may have stolen my identity without my knowledge. I called the number he left which is on their web site. I keep getting these Filipino people (I recognize the accent), when his was English. They all wanted me to identity myself, I refused. I asked for Dean they said they didn't know him & everyone was too busy, they would help me with whatever. I hung up, called back & got the same hassle when I asked for a manager. They hung up a lot. I called a few more times to try to find out what name was on the loan quote. They wouldn't tell me anything, they wanted me to give my info to them & again I refused. I told them my name was Annie Bogus. The guy wanted me to spell it. I told him to tell me what the terms of the quote were. He refused & hung up. I sent a fraud complaint to the FTC & will be sending one to the CFPB as well. I'm also calling local police there to tip them off to the ring. I think either they were phishing or they were attempting to make a loan to someone who stole my identity. My debit card was recently compromised at 2 credit unions in UT. So who knows what's going on. I'm attempting to keep an eye on my credit to make sure. I canceled the 2 debit cards without replacing them & don't use those accounts they were attached to. But this company is definitely attempting to scam people. I do not have $75K in debt because I'm not that stupid & only make $5K more than the loan they say is unsecured & pre-approved! I work in the lending business & know that no legit lender would ever lend a person an unsecured amount of money with no collateral! If they are legit they're a hard money lender looking to rip people off. I'm covering myself & others just in case they are stealing identities. My next complaint goes to the CFPB to report them for attempted identity theft & to local Cheyenne police.
